This WordPress plugin allows the admin to show often requested questions and solutions in FAQ. FAQ answers can consist of video, audio, text, link, and other multimedia elements. Admin can create a category for the FAQ and link to the category.

A shortcode is available to show all the categories along with FAQ. Admin can show all the FAQ either on a single post, dedicated FAQ page, or display at the sidebar. There is an import and export option available to save time.

It comes with 7-different types of layouts for faq. Also supports RTL. It follows the responsive design and uses a website theme style. FAQ section will match with your existing theme to become part of your website.

FAQ layout and design can be altered or changed just by applying their own style in additional CSS present in the setting.

Installation And Configuration The FAQ Plugin

The installation is just a matter of a few clicks. It will take the admin to upload the plugin and click on the install button. FAQ plugin is ready to use on the website.

Creating FAQ is just like the post. The title will be a question and the content will treat as the answer to the question. Select or create a category(ies) and tags. Now your FAQ is ready to show. Use the shortcode to display the category anywhere on the site.

Admin can create unlimited faq question answers according to requirement. The individual pages will be created for each faq, it will help your customer/user to find the answer while searching in Google, Bing, Yahoo, and other search engine sites.

Admin can decide either to show the tags, category attached with FAQ, enable comment, or not. Additionally, there is a set to add your own CSS to make changes to the design of the FAQ.

Shortcode will use to display the FAQ. There are 11 shortcodes present in the setting. Just copy and paste the shortcode where the admin wants to show it. There are 7 pre-defined layout given by plugin, each has own shortcode. These can easily identify by reading shortcode name.
